2006年毕业于湖北师范大学生物科学专业，获学士学位；2012年毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所环境科学专业，获博士学位；2012年4月至今，在中国科学院重庆绿色智能技术研究院三峡生态环境研究所工作，研究员，博士生导师。

研究工作响应“长江大?；?rdquo;的号召，聚焦藻类生物学与地球科学的前沿交叉方向，以藻类调节碳代谢、介导碳循环为切入点，探索变化环境下藻类适应性策略与生源要素循环的互馈关系，揭示藻类与环境相互作用的微观机制与宏观效应。主持承担了国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、青年基金1项、及水利部重点实验室基金等国家级、省部级项目；主研参加了国家“十二五”重大水专项专题、国家自然科学基金国际合作研究、中国科学院“STS计划”等项目；发表论文40余篇；获权发明专利7项。现为多个生态环境领域SCI期刊审稿人（Journal of Cleaner Production、Bioresource Technology、Harmful Algae、Environmental Pollution等），国家自然科学基金委项目评议专家。2017年入选中国科学院“青年创新促进会”。
